Katey Wrobleski serves as Executive Assistant to Brandon Shaw, providing high-level organizational and administrative support that helps drive efficiency and consistency across the firm. With a strong background in project management and information systems, Katey plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized, streamlining processes, and ensuring priorities are executed with precision—allowing the team to deliver a high level of service.
Katey holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Information Systems from Duquesne University, a Master of Science in Information Systems and Project Management from Robert Morris University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duquesne University. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Prior to joining the firm, Katey built a successful career at PNC Bank, where she served as a Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President. In these roles, she led complex initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and supported business operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.
Katey is passionate about creating structure and clarity in fast-paced environments. She enjoys managing details, improving processes, and building strong relationships that support both clients and colleagues. She is motivated by being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives and takes pride in helping everyone feel informed, prepared, and confident.
Outside of work, Katey enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends—including her two sisters, as she is a triplet. She is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, Rob, and their son, Wyatt.
