Lauren Shaw

Lauren Shaw serves as Business Manager at Herzog Kistner Shaw Financial Partners, bringing over eight years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on marketing strategy and practice development. In her role, she works closely with advisors and staff to support client experiences, manage key business functions, and help drive firm growth and development.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a Certificate in Corporate and Community Relations from the same institution. Her professional background includes serving as Marketing Director at MassMutual Pittsburgh, where she supported advisors through branding, recruitment initiatives, and ongoing practice development efforts. In recognition of her expertise and leadership, Lauren was selected to serve on MassMutual’s Agency Marketing Directors Committee in 2019.

Lauren is motivated by a strong belief in the meaningful impact financial advisors have on the lives of individuals and families. She is passionate about supporting both advisor and team success and takes pride in helping ensure the firm runs smoothly so the entire team can focus on delivering value to clients.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys fine food and wine, traveling, and skiing. With over a decade of training at various institutions across the country, Lauren’s true passion is ballet, and she enjoys going to see live performances whenever possible. She resides in Peoria, Illinois, with her husband, Brandon.
